What is the turnaround time?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment in full.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled without penalty, if we have not started production. There will be a $25 fee for orders cancelled after start of production.

What's your return policy?
If there happens to be an error in the details of the brochures or flyers, that is the fault of Designer Brochures, we will reprint and ship at our expense.
